“All lives end. All hearts are broken. Caring is not an advantage.”
I just finished watching the first episode of BBC’s Sherlock series 2 and my first thought is… It’s a sin not to watch it last Jan 1st when it was aired, second though is… What the hell is wrong with Steven Moffat??!! Everything he does is right!!! And it’s a shame to be considered the same specie as him, HE IS THE 21st CENTURY SHERLOCK HOLMES HIMSELF, his mind is a hairstrand close to fiction. And I hate him, because he seems pretty normal on twitter. He makes clever tweets but in an acceptable level within the range of Earthlings’ intellectual ability. But in Sherlock… Well maybe it’s not right to throw him all the credits, Mcguigan deserves a significant recognition (specially for the significant change in directing style from the first series), the actors are phenomenal (just stop making Sherlock act silly when the camera’s at the back of the door hole will ye?), the score is equally brilliant, and the breathtaking shots (the lake and mountains during the first scene of the crime, inside the palace, Sherlock’s eyes, John’s awkward face, Irene’s state of the art skin) makes me want to trade a teleportation power to Seth in exchange of my ability not to make sense. BBC’s Sherlock is (insert an extremely intense positive adjective here). No wonder Martin Freeman hesitated to accept his Bilbo role in The Hobbit for his Watson role. Too bad it hasn’t gain popularity in my area as much as the Guy Ritchie’s Hollywood RDJ Holmes, nor as familiar as some mainstream American TV series.
